The spec is below, we can arrange for a time to view before the auction ends in dalston east london. There is no leslie speaker, we have been using it with plugins and pedals for recording and both sound great without the extra fuss of the cabinet. There are also a couple of bolts missing to hold the foot pedal in place and on the frame of the organ, again the whole thing is so very sturdy without them we've never felt the need to find replacements, however they are a very standard thread and could probably be replaced at you local hardwear store for less than a £1. We have never had an issue with it and never tried or felt the need to replace it (although i'm sure it would be an easy job) and feel it just adds to the MOJO of the thing. The case has been re-covered in a deep burgundy tolex some time in the past, its fraying here and there and has been worn away in places too, it has no affect on the sound on playability as these things are built like tanks. Although the actual keyboards, drawbars and button section is in very good condition. It sounds great! The bad bits, it's from the 80's and is over 34 years old so the outer case is not pristine.
Hammond b200 organ portable#
It plays and sounds great! This really is a truly portable organ, you will need a friend to help with lifting the main organ on to the stand but it's so easy and quick to assemble in less than 5 mins, you can put this together before the drummer has even unpacked his drums from the cases! The good bits are all drawbars and notes all work, all buttons work (not the ones controlling the leslie, as there is no leslie, no reason to suspect they wouldn't work with leslie just don't have one to test with.) The foot pedals work and so does the volume/swell pedal. ( That's *forsale*AT*rkkj*.HAMMOND B200 PORTABLE ORGAN This is a great organ. (Unless otherwise marked, everything is still available as of January 2020.) I do not wish to separate Hammonds from Leslie's with the possible exception of the T-412/Leslie 825 and the SX2000/Leslie 914. Instruments are located near Lake Geneva, Wisconsin (USA), about an hour away from Milwaukee, Madison or Chicago, Illinois. (USA buyers only - sorry, no international buyers.) Shipping may be an option if buyer makes all arrangements and payment clears before pickup by shipper. I have ROK's, you provide the muscle (they are ground level with no steps). But, they have to go! Some instruments will need some work and everything is sold AS IS. Since these have all been acquired over time and the economy is currently less than favorable, I realize the value is most likely less than what I paid when purchased. We accepted an offer on our home so unfortunately, the "Hammond Herd" has to go. Today, the kids have moved out and "Me and the Missus" decided to downsize. Well, that "itch" turned into a full-blown case of HAS/LAS and I started "acquiring". Got the Hammond "itch" and acquired a Hammond/Suzuki® Super SX2000 and added a Leslie. As we all know, the home organ market "fizzled" and McCray's retired, closing the studio.Įnter 1991. I hooked up with McCray's Hammond Organ Studios of Janesville (Wisconsin) and started demonstrating Hammonds during the local county fairs, doing on-air commercials for the studio, demonstrating and making a few sales.
Hammond b200 organ manuals#
A few years later, I decided to take the big leap to two manuals and I purchased a Hammond T-412 and later added a Leslie 825. 'Sis' eventually moved out and took the S6 so my parents purchased an S-112 Chord Organ for me to play. My first experience with a Hammond Organ was learning to play my sister's Hammond S6 Chord Organ when I was around 5 years old. Hammond Organ Collection For Sale FOR SALE
